Service Style: The service style (buffet, plated, family-style) must be specified at the time of booking. Changes to the service style may be subject to approval and additional charges.
Guest Count: The final guest count must be provided 3 day before the event. Any changes to the guest count after this period may result in adjustments to the pricing. Also, if the no. of guests is less than 100, then the cost of will increase by Rs.100 per guest for any package.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellations made 3 days before the event may result in no refund in any circumstances. We will provide the credit note for the advance amount paid to be utilized within a year.
Setup and Cleanup: The catering service will handle setup and cleanup at the event location. Additional charges may apply for extended setup or cleanup times.
Force Majeure : The catering service is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions
